Is NBA 2K27 included?
No. This product is a supplied gaming account with the selected VC amount already loaded. The NBA 2K27 game is not included.
Can the VC be moved to my current Xbox account?
No. The VC is associated with the Xbox account you receive and cannot simply be transferred to an existing personal account.
Is the NBA 2K27 profile fresh?
Yes. For the available Xbox version, no NBA 2K27 profile or MyPLAYER has been created. You create your own from the beginning and can then use the selected VC.
What do I receive?
You receive the supplied Xbox account login details with your selected VC amount preloaded. The account can be used globally, and you can change its password and 2FA/security information. The account email cannot be changed until 24 hours after delivery.
Is PlayStation available?
Not yet. PlayStation is visible as Coming Soon and cannot be purchased.
When will I receive the account?
Delivery within 8 hours after gift-card approval.

Do the accounts include a warranty?
Lifetime Ban Warranty covers seller-side-caused account bans with replacement of the exact same VC amount.
Can I request a refund or cancellation?
No. All sales are final, and customer-requested refunds or cancellations are not permitted after an order is submitted, except where required by applicable law. Goated Builds may separately reject an invalid, fraudulent, insufficient, or unverifiable Gift Card as a failed payment review.
