Goated Builds

Terms

Digital account product

  • Goated Builds sells digital gaming accounts. VC Accounts do not include NBA 2K27; Built Accounts state game inclusion on their individual listing.
  • The customer receives the supplied gaming account. Xbox VC remains attached to the supplied Xbox account, and PlayStation VC remains attached to the supplied PlayStation account. VC cannot be transferred to an existing or personal account.
  • Xbox VC Accounts include an existing 60 OVR / 99 maximum OVR MyPLAYER. PlayStation customers create their own MyPLAYER with the existing Season 1 Level 40 progression and one Cap Breaker.
  • Xbox and PlayStation are currently available. PlayStation Plus is not included with PlayStation purchases.

Gift Card payment and delivery

Gift Cards are the only current payment method. Up to five accepted gift cards may be submitted. Apple Gift Cards are accepted in USD or CAD only; Xbox and Steam Gift Cards may use other currencies. Full confirmed payment is required before approval or delivery. Currency and region restrictions are reviewed manually.

Every Gift Card payment requires manual verification. A Gift Card that is invalid, already redeemed, insufficient, fraudulent, unreadable, mismatched, unverifiable, or otherwise cannot be accepted may be rejected or cancelled by Goated Builds as a failed payment review and is not treated as paid.

Delivery within 12 hours after payment approval. The supplied account email cannot be changed until 24 hours after delivery.

Payment and cancellations

The full order amount must be paid before approval or account delivery. Insufficient payment results in cancellation through manual order review. Any already-redeemed partial payment and manual overpayment are handled manually and fairly; no automated wallet or store credit is issued. Applicable legal rights are preserved.

Seven-day replacement warranty

If an account is banned within 7 days after delivery because of an issue caused by Goated Builds, the buyer is entitled to a replacement account. Bans caused by the buyer's own actions or violations are not covered.

The warranty period starts after delivery. Bans caused by the buyer’s own actions or violations are not covered.
