Terms

Digital account product

  • Goated Builds sells digital gaming accounts. NBA 2K27 itself is not included.
  • The customer receives the supplied gaming account. The selected VC remains attached to that supplied account and cannot be transferred to an existing or personal Xbox account.
  • No NBA 2K27 profile or MyPLAYER has been created; the customer creates their own from the beginning.
  • Xbox is currently available. PlayStation remains Coming Soon and is not purchasable.

Gift Card payment and delivery

Gift Cards are the only current payment method. Xbox, Apple, and Steam Gift Cards are accepted in USD or CAD. Steam Gift Cards can be used globally. Goated Builds adds a 0% Gift Card surcharge, and CAD submissions are manually reviewed without a promised or invented exchange rate.

Every Gift Card payment requires manual verification. A Gift Card that is invalid, already redeemed, insufficient, fraudulent, unreadable, mismatched, unverifiable, or otherwise cannot be accepted may be rejected or cancelled by Goated Builds as a failed payment review and is not treated as paid.

Delivery within 8 hours after gift-card approval. The supplied account email cannot be changed until 24 hours after delivery.

All sales final

Due to the digital nature of the products sold by Goated Builds, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled at the customer’s request and payments are non-refundable after an order is submitted, except where required by applicable law. This does not limit non-waivable rights imposed by applicable law.

Lifetime Ban Warranty

The Lifetime Ban Warranty applies only when an account ban was caused by the seller side. The remedy is a replacement account with the exact same VC amount. Buyer-caused bans and unrelated account, access, password, email, recovery, or security issues are excluded. This is not a refund, money-back promise, or general lifetime support plan.

A covered 75K, 200K, 450K, or 700K purchase receives a replacement with that exact same VC amount. Buyer-caused bans, buyer-side ban reasons, and unrelated account access, password, lost-credential, email, recovery, or general security issues are excluded.
