All sales final
Due to the digital nature of Goated Builds products, all sales are final. Customer-requested refunds and cancellations are not offered after an order is submitted, except where required by applicable law.
Payment rejection
A Gift Card submission that is invalid, already redeemed, insufficient, fraudulent, unreadable, mismatched, unverifiable, or otherwise cannot be accepted may be rejected or cancelled by Goated Builds as a failed payment review. An unverified Gift Card is not treated as successfully paid. This is not a customer cancellation right.
Lifetime Ban Warranty
The Lifetime Ban Warranty is a replacement warranty for seller-side-caused account bans only. Its remedy is a replacement account containing the exact same VC amount originally purchased. It is not a general refund or money-back policy.
