Payment and cancellations
The full order amount must be paid before approval or account delivery. Insufficient payment results in cancellation through manual order review. Any already-redeemed partial payment and manual overpayment are handled manually and fairly; no automated wallet or store credit is issued. Applicable legal rights are preserved.
Payment rejection
A Gift Card submission that is invalid, already redeemed, insufficient, fraudulent, unreadable, mismatched, unverifiable, or otherwise cannot be accepted may be rejected or cancelled by Goated Builds as a failed payment review. An unverified Gift Card is not treated as successfully paid. This is not a customer cancellation right.
Seven-day replacement warranty
A replacement account is provided if an account is banned within 7 days after delivery because of an issue caused by Goated Builds. Buyer-caused bans or violations are not covered. This is not an unconditional ban guarantee.
