A few clear answers.

Can I transfer the VC to my personal account?

No. VC belongs to the supplied Xbox or PlayStation account. It cannot be transferred into your existing personal Xbox or PlayStation account.

What’s included in a VC Account?

Our flagship 500K VC or premium 1M VC upgrade, one earned Cap Breaker and full email access. Season 1 Level 40 was previously earned; no Season 2 level progression is promised. Xbox includes an existing 60 OVR / 99 max OVR MyPLAYER. On PlayStation, you create your own MyPLAYER with the existing progression and Cap Breaker.

Is NBA 2K27 included?

VC Accounts do not include NBA 2K27. Built Accounts state game inclusion on their individual listing. Gaming subscriptions, including PlayStation Plus, are not included.

When does the 12-hour delivery window start?

After explicit manual administrator payment approval. Submitting an order does not start the clock.

What does the seven-day replacement warranty cover?

If an account is banned within seven days after delivery because of an issue caused by Goated Builds, you are entitled to a replacement account. Bans caused by your own actions or violations are not covered.

Which gift cards are accepted?

Apple Gift Cards in CAD or USD; Xbox and Steam Gift Cards in any currency. Multiple cards are supported. Actual validity and usable value are reviewed manually by the owner.

Does submitting reserve a Built Account?

No. Pending orders leave the individual account available. The owner chooses the customer and checks availability before approval. Only one unit is available per Built Account. If it becomes unavailable, the owner must resolve the order manually before approving payment.

How does currency selection work?

Choose USD, CAD, AUD, GBP or EUR. Your selection persists for your session. Non-USD selling prices convert from USD and round up to a multiple of 5. Unavailable rates use USD, requiring fresh confirmation before ordering. Submitted orders retain their accepted total.
